Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DistroOps, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Subscription

DistroOps is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Trial periods last 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days notice. Refunds are pro-rated for annual plans only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes; (b) circumvent rate limits or security features; (c) resell access without authorization; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it as described in our privacy policy. Upon cancellation, you have 90 days to export before deletion.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA with credits. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.

7. Limitations

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Termination

Either party may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes resolved in Lahore courts. For UAE customers, UAE law and Dubai courts apply.
